Abstract
This Law amends various provisions of articles 29, 38, 95, 108 and 345 of the Law on spatial planning and construction (Official Gazette 76/2007).
Changes are related to the general definitions, administrative provisions and duties and relations between the competent authorities.

Entry into force notes
This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day of entry into force of the decision on the announcement of the first next general elections and regular elections for members of municipality and city councils, county assemblies and the City Assembly of the City of Zagreb, as well as mayors of municipalities and cities, county prefects and mayor of the City of Zagreb, while the existing municipal, town and county administrations shall continue with their work until the mayors of municipalities and cities and county prefects, who were elected in the course of direct elections, take office.
