This Law amends various provisions of articles 3, 115, 117, 147, 166, 172, 210, 212, 219, 220, 223, 228, 236, 243, 245, 246, 257, 258, 275, 278, 289, 290, 293, 297, 299, 300, 303 and 304 of the Law on spatial planning and construction (Official Gazette 76/2007 and 38/2009).
