Abstract
This Law amends some issues part of the provisions brought by the Law on special conditions for putting flour on the market (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 48/2004, 130/2004, 14/2005, 143/2005 and 83/2009).
Changes are relayed to the general definitions, aims and scopes of the Law; registration and marking obligations (article 3); record keeping obligations (article 6); inspection and several penalty provisions (articles 7, 8. 9 , 10 and 11).
