Abstract
This Law regulates the manner and procedure for recording and marking record stamps for the flour that is produced and marketed, imported or exported.
Putting the flour on the market includes sales, transportation, warehousing and storage for sale, and any form of exchange, substitution or transfer of flour with or without a fee, meal delivery service for milling wheat, rye and maize, own processing and import and export of flour.
The Law also provides for monitoring and data collection, offences and penalties.
