Abstract
This Law amends various provisions of articles 2, 13, 14, 18, 25, 27, 35, 36, 38 and 54 of the Law on state aid for agriculture, fisheries and forestry (Official Gazette 87/02, 117/03, 12/05, 95/06).
Major changes are related to the general definitions, markings and monitoring, official duties and requirements, inspection duties and responsibilities.
This Law also changes several provisions of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Law.
