Abstract
This Law amends various provisions of articles 3, 4, 12, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 25, 35, 48, 50 and 51 of the Law on state aid for agriculture, fisheries and forestry (Official Gazette 87/02, 117/03, 12/05, 95/06, 141/06, 134/07).
Major changes are related to the general definitions, official duties and requirements, inspection duties and responsibilities, user rights and requirements.
This Law also changes several provisions of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Law.
