Abstract
This Law amends various articles and parts of the Annex of the Law on state support for agriculture and rural development (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 92/2010).
Major changes are related to the general definitions and denominations; direct payment provisions; and provisions regarding the measures under the IPARD Rural Development Program 2007-2013, in accordance with the Law on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Commission of the European Communities on the Rules for cooperation in connection with the financial assistance of the European Commission to the Republic of Croatia and the implementation of assistance under Component V. (IPARD) Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA).
The amended parts of the Annex are an integral part of this publication.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (except for the provisions of the article 18 in the part referring to article 59, paragraph 4, which enters into force on 1 January 2013).
