Abstract
This Law hereby prescribes and sets the provisions for the implementation of various rules, requirements, administrative and financial provisions, all regarding the state support for the development to the Croatian agriculture and rural sector.
This Law also closely determines the issues related to the direct payments, rights and obligations of the users of the benefits stipulated in this text, updated measures of rural development, special support to the agriculture, monitoring and data and registration related provisions.
The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 84 articles, including the offences and consequential penalties (see Chapter VII).
The Annex is an integral part of this publication.
