Law amending the Law on sustainable waste management.

This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on sustainable waste management (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 94/2013).
In article 2, new reference documents are added as follows: Commission Directive (EU) 2015/1127 of 10 July 2015 amending Annex II to Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste and repealing certain Directives; Commission Regulation (EU) No 1357/2014 of 18 December 2014 replacing Annex III to Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste and repealing certain Directives. Other changes are in article 3 that sets out general waste management applications; in the same article new documental references are added; in article 4 certain definitions are modified; inspection related provision and technological indications are also amended in several articles; waste disposal procedures and waste management procedures are re-edited (Annexes I and II); this amending Law also cancels the previous Annexes III and IV.
Article 27 of this publication states that the Ministry of Environment and Energy shall carry out a subsequent assessment of the effects of this Law within two years from the date of its entry into force.
