Abstract
This Law amends several articles part of the Law on sustainable waste management (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 94/2013, and already amended in Gazettes 73/2017 and 19/2019).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 140a (administrative supervision) which sets updated details on the supervision of the legality of the Decision on the manner of providing public service of collection of mixed municipal waste and collection of biodegradable municipal waste referred to in article 30 (paragraph 7) of this Law on sustainable waste management and which shall be performed by the competent administrative body of the county or the City of Zagreb in relation to waste management tasks. This text further cancels the word “central” in several articles.
