Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions of the Croatian Maritime Code (Official Gazette 17/94, 74/94).
Changes regarding the articles 50, 57, 58, 72, 180, 182, 1014, 1015, 1016, 1017, 1018, 1019, 1020, 1021, 1022, 1023, 1024, 1025, 1026, 1027, 1028, 1029, 1030, 1031, 1032, 1035, 1036 and 1037.
Changes are related to the technical definitions of the marine area, administrative provisions, concession requirements, other financial and compensation standards and demands.
