Abstract
This Law amends various provisions of articles 48, 49, 55, 56, 60, 64, 75, 80, 125, 126, 128, 129, 133, 134, 138, 139, 154, 165, 171, 178, 192, 200, 256, 290, 291, 292, 293, 295, 298, 300, 309, 312, 313, 315, 326, 373, 376, 380, 381, 382, 383, 429, 912, 990, 991, 992, 995, 998, 1002, 1006, 1008 and 1016 of the Maritime Code (Official 181/04 and 76/07 and 148/08).
This Law also cancels the provisions of articles 283, 284, 285, 286, 287, 305, 306, 307, 378, 384 and 428 of the Maritime Code (Official 181/04 and 76/07 and 148/08).
Changes are related to the technical and administrative provisions, general standards and definitions, environmental and navigation provisions and requirements, fees and charges, offences and penalties.
This Law also cancels the provisions of articles 283, 284, 285, 286, 287, 305, 306, 307, 378, 384 and 428 of the Maritime Code (Official 181/04 and 76/07 and 148/08).

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the day of its publication in the "Official Gazette", except for the provisions of articles 49, 50 and 51 which are added to articles 429, 429.b, 429.d, 429, 429.f, 429.gi 429.h and will enter into force on 1 January 2013.
