Abstract
This Law amends various provisions of the articles 99, 100, 102, 103, 104, 116, 227, 231 and 242 of the Water Law (Official Gazette 153/09).
This Law also cancels the provisions of the article 101.
Major changes are related to the fees and charges, water expropriation and duties and responsibilities of the inspection and authorized personnel.
