Abstract
This Law amends various provisions part of the Water Law of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette 53/2009, 63/2011, 130/2011, 56/2013 and 14/2014).
Changes made in this publication are completely re-editing the Water Law, several official denominations and definitions are been revision and updated (article 3); several waterworks and water related activities; changes are further regarding the public water goods and other public water resource management issues (article 11, 12, 15, 16); some local self-government provisions; management of irrigation structures (see article 106 of this text).
