Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions of article 4, 7, 8, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27. 28, 30, 31, 32, 33, 35, 36, 37, 42, 44, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 59, 60, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 80, 86, 90, 92, of the Law on agricultural land (Official Gazette 152/08, 21/10).
This Law also cancels the provisions of articles 10, 17, 43, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70 and 71.
Major changes are related to the general provisions and definitions, official duties and duties of the competent institutions, technical standards and requirements, private and public land obligations, financial measures, offences and related penalties.
This Law also cancels the provisions of articles 10, 17, 43, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70 and 71.
