Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions of articles 2, 33, 47, 55, 56, 58, 59, 60, 61 and 65 of the Law on Biocidal Products (Official Gazette 63/07, 35/08).

Entry into force notes
This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall enter into force on 14 May 2010, with the exception of the provisions of articles 2 of this Law, which shall enter into force upon the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.
