Abstract
This Law regulates the conditions under which the competent state bodies may take control measures in the field of prices and further sets the manner of implementation for these measures.
This kind of exceptional price control measure is implemented for prescribing direct price control measures; monitoring of overall price movements; and for setting guaranteed prices for agricultural products.
Chapter VI identifies the penalty measures.
