Abstract
This Law adopts certain standards, requirements and measures part of the Regulation various European Council Directives and their implementing Regulations concerning the illegally harvested timber and products made from such wood.
This Law further contains specific monitoring, data collection, inspection and offences and penalties related provisions, regarding the territory of the Croatian Republic and the mandatory implementation of the Council Directives.
