Abstract
This Law adopts various community standards and technical measures all deriving from the Regulation (EC) no. 850/2004 on persistent organic pollutants (30.04.2004) and regards its implementation on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
This Law further contains specific monitoring, data collection, inspection and offences and penalties related provisions.
