Abstract
This Law establishes noise protection measures on land, water and air, and supervision over the implementation of these measures in order to prevent or reduce the noise pollution and eliminate the threat to the human health.
The provisions of this Law shall not apply to noise protection measures which are binding on the Republic of Croatia under international treaties, conventions and standards in air, rail, road and water transport.
