Abstract
This Law governs the inspection tasks, organization and operations of sanitary inspection.
Sanitary inspectors performs an inspection of the implementation of laws and regulations defining the protection of human health into the following areas: prevention and control of infectious diseases, production and marketing of foods, including genetically modified foods and novel food and genetically modified organisms, production and placing on the market of consumer goods, manufacturing, marketing and use of hazardous chemicals, the marketing and use of biocidal products, the protection of noise and protection from ionizing and non-ionizing radiation.
The inspection supervision shall be carried out over the buildings, facilities, premises, facilities, installations, equipment and persons engaged in economic activities and industries in the area of health, education, social care, hospitality, tourism, trade and services, sport and recreation and transport and the other public places.
