Law on state survey and real estate cadastre.

This Law regulates state survey, real estate cadastre, infrastructure cadastre, register of buildings, register of spatial units, register of geographical names, jurisdiction over state survey, real estate cadastre, infrastructure cadastre, building register, register of spatial units, register of geographical names and performing these activities, activities of the State Geodetic Administration, storage and use of data and supervision of related activities. The provisions of this Law shall also apply to the performance of activities and other geodetic operations if they are performed within the framework of hydrographic surveys, land consolidation and other similar procedures. The cadastral area at sea includes internal sea waters, the territorial sea, the continental shelf of the Republic of Croatia and the part of the land which is also in the regime of maritime domain. The types of land use may be the following: farmland or agricultural land; forest land; inland waters; sea surface; natural barren land; land brought to use. The register of geographical names contains data on the following geographical names: geographical units, relief forms, land and sea waters, islands and peninsulas, buildings and other structures, areas, settlements, roads and general names.
