Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on state survey and real estate cadastre, prescribes the manner for exposing to public inspection the data collected and processed by cadastral survey (exposure to public inspection of cadastral data). The public inspection of cadastral data shall be carried out by a commission of the State Geodetic Administration (Commission), appointed by a decision of the Director General of the State Geodetic Administration, at the proposal of the head of the regional cadastre office. Exposure to public inspection of cadastral data shall be carried out, as a rule, in the area where the cadastral survey was carried out. The place of exposure to public inspection of cadastral data shall be determined in agreement with the competent municipal court and the unit of local self-government in the area of which the exposure is performed. Data on holders of rights to cadastral parcels collected in the cadastral survey are auxiliary data that are used for the purpose of presenting cadastral data to the public and for the purposes of establishing, supplementing and renewing the land register.
