Abstract
This Order here amends certain contents part of the Order on control measures for the suppression of African swine fever in the Republic of Croatia (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 8/2024). Changes are regarding the provisions of article 9 (paragraph 1) which regulates issues regarding the compensation of costs arising from the implementation of measures provided by the Order (inventory, sampling, delivery of samples, diagnostic search, clinical examinations, preliminary and final disinfection, killing of pigs, inspection of facilities, and costs and fees related to wild pigs, which include reception and delivery samples for testing for African swine fever, examination of samples from culled wild boars for trichinosis, except for samples taken as part of post-mortem examination during official control in approved facilities for placing game meat for public consumption, compensation to hunting authorities for the sampled and searched carcass of a wild boar and compensation for a report on the found carcass of a wild boar to a natural person, all paid from the Sate budget).
