Abstract
This Order, for the purpose of suppressing and preventing the occurrence and spread of African swine fever (animal disease) throughout the country, here determines and orders the effective implementation of specific animal health biosecurity technical measures (aimed for both farmed animals and wild animals). Due to the occurrence of African swine fever in wild or kept pigs, areas that are determined as “under restriction” will include the following restriction zone types: protection zone, surveillance zone, infected zone, restriction zone I, restriction zone II and restriction zone level III. Conditions for granting exemptions are defined in Article 3.
