Abstract
This Order, based on the provisions of the Croatian Veterinary Law, due to the very high risk of occurrence and spread of avian influenza and for the purpose of its early detection and prevention of further spread, determines the implementation of specific hygiene and biosecurity measures (listed in article 1) on the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia at all facilities where poultry and captive birds are kept. The Annex is also part of this publication (list of related biosecurity measures to be applied on hunting grounds).
