Abstract
This Regulation implements certain safety and maritime code of conduct provisions in order to grant a sustainable and safe activity of renting boats with or without crew and the provision of services to accommodate guests on board on the territory of the Croatian sea domain.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
