Abstract
This Regulation determines necessary additional conditions for pesticides that are approved only for professional users for professional use and a list of hazard and warning labels according to the Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC, and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. This text further sets additional conditions for pesticides that can be approved for use by non-professional users, a list of hazard and warning labels and the method of exposure assessment for non-professional use of pesticides that may not be marked with hazard labels and information labels according to Regulation (EC) no. 1272/2008 due to dangerous properties whose safe application requires training prescribed for professional users.
