Abstract
This Regulation hereby determines the competent authority and their related duties regarding the implementation of the Commission Decision 2008/185/EC of 21 February 2008 on additional guarantees in trade of pigs with regard to Aujeszky's disease and criteria for information about the disease (and its consolidated/amended versions until 13 November 2012).
