Abstract
This Regulation adopts the Fifth National Communication of the Republic of Croatia towards United Nations related to the Convention on Climate Changes.
It is a direct responsibility of the Croatian Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction to submit all official reports to the Secretariat of the UN dealing with the facts, plans and reports related to the Convention on Climate Change.
