Abstract
This Regulation sets the terms and aims of the official Guarantee Programme called "Farmers” that is provided and approved by the Croatian Agency for Small Businesses, Innovations and Investments.
This Programme contains issues (here called guarantees) aimed to cover the loan/leasing principal to small business entities that invest in agriculture.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation, also containing the references of the European Union Commission Regulations that are respected.
