Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the necessary agro-technical measures aimed to be observed and implemented by all agricultural land cultivators and/or holders/users on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
The rules here stipulated will implement the techniques for the safe and sustainable land use without the risk of diminishing the true and pure value of that particular agricultural land parcel.
Agro-technical measures are the following: minimum level of treatment and maintenance of agricultural land; weed and vegetation control; control of plant diseases and pests; use and destruction of crop residues; maintenance of soil organic matter; maintenance of favorable soil structure; prevention from erosion.
