Abstract
This Regulation provides for the necessary conditions and terms for exercising the right to obtain support capital investment in agriculture within the framework of rural development measures.
This kind of aid for capital investment shall mean the granting of non-repayable funds from the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia through public calls for tenders.
The beneficiaries of the aid for capital investments are agricultural holdings in accordance with special regulations entered in the register of agricultural holdings (registered for the purchase, storage, processing and distribution of agricultural products). The applicant for aid for capital investments on behalf of the agricultural holding is the holder of an agricultural holding.
The Annex is an integrated part of this publication (list of technical and administrative requirements).
