Regulation on air quality monitoring.

This Regulation defines the manner for monitor over the effective air quality (on the territory of the Republic of Croatian), including the necessary data collection and reporting to the competent bodies (also listed in the text), and also sets various technical issues related to the above mentioned monitoring/control.
This Regulation is also in accordance with the following acts of the European Union: Commission Directive (EU) 2015/1480 of 28 August 2015 amending certain Annexes to Directives 2004/107/EC and 2008/50/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the establishment of rules for reference methods, validation of data and location of sampling points for air quality assessment; Directive 2008/50/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on air quality and cleaner air for Europe; and Directive 2004/107/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council related to arsenic, cadmium, mercury, nickel and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the air.
