Abstract
This Regulation determines: the necessary criteria for the allocation of permanent individual catch quotas for the tuna fishing (Thunnus thynnus) with angling tools in Croatian commercial fisheries (permanent quota) and individual catch quotas for tuna fishing in 2012 (Thunnus thynnus) with angling tools in commercial fisheries (the right on tuna fishing performance).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
