Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions part of the Law on thermal energy market (Official Gazette 80/2013, 14/2014 and 102/2014).
Major changes are regarding the energy related activities and their minimum requirements (technical and administrative); market rules; and many offences and their related penalties.
