Regulation amending and suppleemnting the Regulation on the content and form of the sales list and on content of the register of first customers.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the content and form of the sales list and on content of the register of first customers (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 113/2019).
Changes are related to the contents of article 7 (setting rules on special provisions for buyers, here indicating the obligation to process and produce products in accordance with regulations governing food safety, trade and in accordance with the regulations governing the sales on the local market); and article 12 (rules on direct sale form fishing vessels or boats), where a new paragraph (8) is here added. The added paragraph sets the rule that regards the procedures in declared emergency situations, or where circumstances are potentially endangering the public health or for natural disasters (the sale of the total reported daily catch is allowed).
