Regulation on the content and form of the sales list and on content of the register of first customers.

This Regulation prescribes the procedure for the first sale of fishery products; content, form, manner and deadlines for delivery of related sale lists and acceptance of necessary certifications; conditions, manner and deadlines for delivery of data on the sale of fishery products to end consumers directly from the fishing vessel; first customer registration procedure; contents of the register of first customers; procedure for approving weighing in approved facilities; procedure for issuing of necessary catch certificate.
These rules shall apply to all users of the Commercial Fisheries Portal and fishery products caught and landed in commercial fishing at sea, that are placed on the market in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. This text is not meant for fishery products used for further farming and to fishery products originating from farming.
Data change and cancellation of registration is determined in article 5. Article 11 among the rules regarding catch certificates, indicates the related observed European Union reference legislation. Sales for scientific research is defined in article 13.
