Abstract
This Regulation here amends and adds several provisions to the Regulation on the implementation of direct support to agriculture and IAKS rural development measures for 2024 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 157/2023) and which aims at setting rules regarding the implementation of production-unrelated direct payments and production-related direct payments from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027 (IAKS measure of rural development and measure of state support for extremely sensitive sectors from the State Support Program for extremely sensitive sectors in agriculture for the year 2024). Changes hereby made are related to: official denominations of state bodies and key administrative functions and official terms through the entire text; other amended contents are further regarding specific rules for grazing and pasture; this amending text also provides a new Annex.
