Abstract
This Regulation here prescribes the implementation of production-unrelated direct payments and production-related direct payments from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027 (IAKS measure of rural development and measure of state support for extremely sensitive sectors from the State Support Program for extremely sensitive sectors in agriculture for the year 2024.). The implementation of interventions and measures here defined shall be determined in accordance with related EU regulations (listed in article 2). The Annex is part of this text (containing full set of coded lists aimed at classifying the groups of eligible products and similar; set of necessary administrative request forms).
