Abstract
This Regulation amends and adds several provisions to the Regulation on information, registration, approvals and trade in ionizing radiation sources (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 54/2018). Changes are regarding the classification and definition of ionizing radiation sources; competent state bodies and institutions; registration procedure details and rules; provisions related to the international trade with ionizing radiation sources; authorization procedures and requirements; list of types and subtypes of activities with sources of ionizing radiation (Annex 1).
