Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on radiological and nuclear safety, prescribes: 1. list of the types and subtypes of activities deemed justified by the use of ionizing radiation sources, excluding examinations and procedures carried out in medicine and dentistry using ionizing radiation sources and in the case of non-medical radiation; 2. conditions for exemption from the obligation to submit a notice of intent and/or approval of activities with sources of ionizing radiation; 3. content of the notice of intent and actions to be taken in the event of condition changes; 4. list of activities for which it is necessary to obtain an authorization to perform activities with ionizing radiation sources or a registration decision and list of documents proving that the procedure for granting activities with ionizing radiation sources or registration decisions proves that the conditions prescribed by law are met; 5. conditions for issuing licenses for import, export and any other type of trade in ionizing radiation sources outside the Member States of the European Union; 6. method of registration and deregistration of ionizing radiation sources.
