Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions part of the Regulation on wine making (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 81/2022).
Significant changes are regarding the contents of article 4 (cancelled paragraph 3), article 8 (provisions on Paying Agency and AGRONET), article 10 (AGRONET payment issues and procedures), article 16 (fees and charges), article 22 (wine conformity checks). Also the Annex I is here amended and attached.
