Regulation on winemaking.

This Regulation prescribes detailed provisions on the management specifics for wine-growing production and potential/capacity growth, among rules on input and output of related registers, deadlines for submitting mandatory declarations, maximum acceptable percentages for losses, reporting on the application of individual oenological processes and the application of individual oenological agents, mandatory data and reporting on the disposal of by-products, procedures before placing wine, fruit wines and aromatized wine products on the market, the method of taking, labelling and delivering samples, methods of analysis and assessment of the organoleptic properties of wines (including fruit wines and aromatized wine products). Article 2 lists the adopted terms deriving form EU legislation.
