Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on animal health requirements governing the trade and imports of semen of domestic swine species (Official Gazette 134/2013).
Major changes are related to the general terms, provisions and denominations; basic definitions; commercial administration issues; and also transposes the provisions contained in the Council Directive 90/429/EEC of 26 June 1990 laying down the animal health requirements applicable to intra-Community trade and imports of semen of domestic animals of pigs along its las amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 176/2012 of 1 March 2012.
