Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary animal health requirements to be applied and observed when performing/dealing with international trade (between the States members of the European Union and other/foreign countries) of porcine/swine/pig semen (of domestic species already recognized and present on the territory of the Republic of Croatia).
This text transposes the following document and their principles into the Croatian legal system: Council Directive 90/429/EEC of 26 June 1990 laying down the animal health requirements applicable to intra-Community trade and imports of semen of domestic animals of pigs, and its amending Commission Decision 1999/608/EC of 10 September 1999, Commission Decision 2000/39/EC of 16 December 1999, Council Directive 2008/73/EC of 15 July 2008, and Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 176/2012 of 1 March 2012.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
