Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions of articles 4 and 14 of the Regulation on the basic quality requirements, type testing, packaging and labelling of seeds for agricultural plants (Official Gazette 4/05, 49/05).
Major changes are related to the definition and packaging standards.
This Regulation also changes the technical provisions prescribed in the Annex II of the Regulation on the basic quality requirements, type testing, packaging and labelling of seeds for agricultural plants (Official Gazette 4/05, 49/05).
The new, modified Chapter 7 of the Annex II is an integral part of this Regulation.
