Regulation on the Basic Quality Requirements, Type Testing, Packaging and Labelling of Seeds for Agricultural Plants.

This Regulation prescribes the duties, procedures and methods for: sampling seeds, methods of determining the quality of seeds, the basic requirements for the quality of seeds, conditions, methods of packaging and labelling of seeds, obligations, procedures and methods of seed sampling, the maximum permissible amount of the party, small package size, appearance and content of the declaration forms and other documents made by processors, importers and producers of seed, the obligation how to keep records, conditions of carriage and storage of seeds at the store, checking operation of laboratories and samplers, and way of training for samplers.
The Annexes I-IV are an integral part of this Regulation.
