Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions of articles 4, 5, 21, 22 and 23 of the Regulation on the basic quality requirements, type testing, packaging and labelling of seeds for agricultural plants (Official Gazette 4/05, 49/05, 94/05).
Major changes are related to the analysis and data collection standards and requirements, labelling and packaging standards, technical provisions.
This Regulation also makes smaller changes in the Annex I of the Regulation on the basic quality requirements, type testing, packaging and labelling of seeds for agricultural plants (Official Gazette 4/05, 49/05, 94/05).
