Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of articles 17, 40, 49, 57, 68, 75, 84, 86, 87 and 88 of the Regulation on boats and yachts (Official Gazette 27/2005, 57/2006).
Major changes are related to the technical standards, registrations options, minimum security standards and requirements for the navigation and for the crew.
